2025 PROPOSED Amendments for Epp blocks 9-15 (Phase 2)

Our restrictive covenants were originally written for a new neighborhood by the developer and the builders.  Previously, there were two good amendments to add storage buildings and basketball goals. However, today residents are updating and maintaining their homes. The proposed changes address how those updates and maintenance issues will be handled upon approval.
