Our Homeowners Association is committed to representing the best interests of our community and ensuring a high quality of life for all of our residents. We work hard to maintain our shared spaces and keep our neighborhood clean, safe and beautiful.
The HOA is governed by a set of rules called the bylaws. These are rules that govern how a homeowners association operates, covering everything from board member elections and meeting procedures to membership voting rights and community organization.
Following these bylaws, the HOA Board handles all ongoing Homeowners Association business such as collection of annual dues, paying utilities and insurance, enforcing restrictive covenants, and addressing issues brought forth by homeowners.
The HOA Board is elected each year at the annual Homeowners Association Meeting in April. If you are interested in serving on the board, notify us by email no later than March 1st to be included in the April election.

The Architectural Design Committee is a group of EPP volunteers responsible for reviewing and approving plans for any exterior changes or additions to the homes in the community. The ADC's primary purpose is to ensure that any changes or additions are consistent with the community's overall design and aesthetics. With a limited number of committee positions available, committee members are selected by the HOA Board.
The Capital Improvement Committee was created for the purpose of improving our common areas, thus making our neighborhood a more beautiful and desirable place to live. Again, with a limited number of committee positions available, these positions are selected by the HOA Board.
