The Estates at Pembrooke Park has a mandatory Home Owners Association. Each homeowner is automatically a member of the Association, entitled to the privileges and subject to the restrictions outlined in the Deed of Dedication and Restrictive Covenants along with amendments.
A Homeowner’s Assessment (dues) is due annually on July 1st. Our fiscal year begins each July 1st and ends on June 30th of the next year.
Annual Dues: $160.00
Due Date: July 1st
Delinquent Date: August 1st
Dues are delinquent after July 31st. If delinquent, a fee of $30.00 will be added to your assessment, so please remit $190.00.
