Annual HOA Dues

Annual Dues:     $135.00

Due Date:               July 1st

Delinquent Date:  July 16th

Dues are delinquent after July 15th. If delinquent, a fee of $15.00 will be added to your assessment, so please remit $150.00.

2) Venmo -   Using your Venmo app, send payment to @EstatesPembrookePark. It will show Paul Kawaoka (our treasurer) - his last 4 digits are 7107. Make sure to add your name, address, current email address and phone\mobile number.
