  • Section IV(O) -  Clarify requirements\restrictions for noxious activity and pets


  • Section IV(P) -Change section title to "Streets and Sidewalks"; Clarify requirements\restrictions


  • Section IV(Q) - Change section title to "Architectural Design Committee"; Rewrite to clarify owner responsibilities  and ADC procedures


  • Section IV(R) - New section label "On Street Parking" for the existing 2016 amendment for street parking; Clarify requirements\restrictions


  • Section IV(S) - New section "Signs"; Adding signage requirements\restrictions


  • Section IV(T) - New section "Construction"; Adding construction requirements\restrictions


  • Section IV(U) - New section "Trash Receptacles"; Adding garbage\recycling bin requirements\restrictions


  • Section IV(V) - New section "Garage Sales"; Adding garage sales requirements\restrictions


  • Section V(E) - New section label "Fines" for the existing 2016 amendment for covenant violation penalties and fines; Section rewrite for clarification
