There are two ponds in the neighborhood for our residents and their guests to enjoy.
Both are stocked with a variety of fish including black bass. Fishing is catch and release only.
Also, many ducks and geese live around or visit the ponds year around.
Our neighborhood is served by the Broken Arrow School District.
Their mission statement: The mission of Broken Arrow Public Schools is to educate, equip and empower a community of learners by providing dynamic learning opportunities which enable all students to be successful.
Our neighborhood is located in western Broken Arrow, near the BA/Tulsa and BA/Bixby city limits. We are surrounded in almost every direction by shopping, entertainment, and restaurants.
To the north is Tulsa's bustling 71st Street retail corridor, stretching from just west of Memorial Dr. to Garnett Road. Here, you will find endless shopping and dining opportunities, from major retailers to a variety of restaurants catering to all tastes. 71st Street and Memorial Drive is also home to Tulsa's Woodland Hills Mall.
To the northeast, take a leisurely stroll through the charming Broken Arrow Rose District. This area is a haven of unique boutiques, quaint cafes, and delightful eateries, perfect for a relaxed day of shopping and dining.
To the east, be sure to visit Broken Arrow's revitalized New Orleans Square. This vibrant area offers a mix of retail shops, dining options, and community events, making it a great spot for both shopping and socializing.
To the west lies Tulsa's Memorial Drive retail corridor, which extends south from 91st Street to 131st Street. This extensive shopping area features everything from large big box stores to specialty shops, and fast food joints to restaurants, ensuring you can find whatever you need.

There are many beautiful parks near our neighborhood offering many amenities and recreational opportunities.
Jackson Park is a 14-acre park located just one mile north. It features a large playground, a splash pad, a picnic shelter, restrooms, a pond, and a walking trail.
Just two miles south lies Haikey Creek Park, a 170-acre Tulsa County park. It's an ideal spot for various activities, boasting five picnic pavilions with grills, playgrounds, restrooms, open green areas, a 2.3-mile walking trail, and an 18-hole disc golf course.
Elam Park is a new and exciting project in Broken Arrow, located just two miles southeast of our neighborhood. This 40-acre park , situated on 111th St behind Aspen Creek Elementary between Olive and Aspen Avenues, is being developed in phases. While the final vision is still in progress, the city will achieve a significant milestone with the opening of Phase 1 by the end of summer 2024. This $4.3 million phase includes a large adaptive playground, restrooms, and parking.

The Estates at Pembrooke Park is close to the Liberty Trail which runs for 9.5 miles between New Orleans Street (101st Street) by Northeastern State University and where it meets the Mingo Trail near Creek Turnpike and Mingo Valley Expressway.
The trail follows the South Loop of the Broken Arrow toll road until it reaches the university, where the Liberty Trail ends.
The Rose West Dog Park is just 1/2 mile west on New Orleans St from our neighborhood.
